โข Maintain accurate accounting records, vouchers, ledgers, and financial transactions.
โข Handle accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and daily accounting operations.
โข Prepare periodic financial reports and account reconciliations.
โข Assist in VAT, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
โข Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and relevant departments.
โข Ensure proper documentation and timely recording of financial transactions.
โข Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements:
โ Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related discipline
โ Minimum ๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐โ ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ for Account Officer
โ Strong knowledge of ๐ก๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ
โ Good understanding of ๐ฉ๐๐ง, ๐ง๐๐ฆ, Income Tax, and accounting practices
โ Hands-on experience with accounting software is required
โ Odoo Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage
โ Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting
โ Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
โ Good communication and coordination skills
โ Experience in the construction/infrastructure sector will be an advantage
