Baniya Group is looking for an experienced and technically strong 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 with proven expertise in 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, maintenance, and efficient operation of machinery across our fast-track construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘆 at project sites.

* Plan and supervise 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 of machinery.

* 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗮𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 and ensure timely repair and servicing.

* Monitor equipment performance, utilization, fuel consumption, and downtime.

* Coordinate with mechanics, operators, suppliers, and equipment service providers.

* Maintain proper records of equipment maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and operating costs.

* Ensure machinery is safely and efficiently utilized in line with project requirements.

* Support the mobilization and demobilization of machinery between different project sites.

* Provide technical solutions to minimize equipment breakdown and project delays.

* 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 locations across Nepal on a need basis.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or equivalent or Diploma

* Proven professional experience in heavy equipment and construction machinery management.

* Strong hands-on knowledge of equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, cranes, rollers, batching plants, generators, and other construction machinery.

* Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and fleet management will be highly preferred.

* Ability to work under pressure in fast-track construction projects.

* Strong coordination, problem-solving, and technical management skills.

* Willingness and flexibility to travel and work at project sites across Nepal.
