The Vehicle In-Charge will be responsible for managing the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring timely servicing and maintenance, monitoring fuel consumption, and maintaining accurate vehicle records. The role involves coordinating vehicle allocation, tracking utilization and operating costs, ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements, and maintaining vehicle availability for smooth project operations.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience (Mandatory).
- Experience in vehicle fleet management, maintenance, servicing, fuel monitoring, and vehicle documentation.
- Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the company’s vehicles and equipment transportation.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, and insurance renewals.
- Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, vehicle utilization, and operating costs.
- Maintain vehicle logs, records, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure vehicle safety, legal compliance, and timely availability for project operations.
