About the Role
Baniya Group is seeking a responsible and technically capable IT Officer to manage day-to-day IT operations at our Corporate Office. The position will be responsible for IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, office equipment, vendor coordination, Odoo ERP support, and monitoring the company's vehicle GPS tracking system.
Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure & Troubleshooting – Manage Internet, Intranet, LAN/Wi-Fi, computers, printers, and day-to-day technical issues.
- IT Equipment & Asset Management – Maintain, monitor, and properly document all corporate office IT equipment and assets.
- Vendor & Service Coordination – Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and technical support.
- Odoo ERP & System Support – Provide basic Odoo ERP support, user assistance, and coordinate with Odoo consultants/vendors for system-related issues.
- Vehicle GPS Monitoring – Monitor company vehicles through the GPS tracking system, track movements and locations, and provide required reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant IT experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking and troubleshooting.
- Good vendor coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage IT equipment and office technology independently.
- Odoo ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Experience with GPS/vehicle tracking systems will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
