✅ Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
• BE in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in construction and project management.
• Proven experience in Hydropower Projects.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and HSE management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage large technical, engineering, and site teams.
• Strong coordination skills with clients, consultants, contractors, government authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Candidates with a proven track record of successfully completing major infrastructure projects will be given priority.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Take overall responsibility for the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and construction execution.
• Monitor physical and financial progress against approved project plans and milestones.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, contractual, and site-related issues.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Manage project budgets, manpower, materials, machinery, equipment, and other resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, quality standards, contractual requirements, and HSE policies.
• Review project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of required resources.
• Manage project variations, claims, contractual matters, and commercial risks in coordination with management.
• Prepare and review regular project progress, cost, resource, and performance reports for senior management.
• Provide strategic leadership and ensure accountability and productivity across the project team.
• Lead project completion, testing, commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
