Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lab Technician to lead and coordinate laboratory and field testing activities for the KTFT Project. The role is responsible for ensuring construction materials meet approved specifications and quality standards, maintaining reliable test records, and supporting the QA/QC and site engineering teams. On Site Duty
Key Responsibilities
- · Plan, conduct, and supervise laboratory and field tests on soil, aggregates, cement, concrete, and other construction materials.
- · Ensure testing is carried out in accordance with approved project specifications and applicable standards.
- · Review test results, identify quality deviations, and promptly report findings to the QA/QC team.
- · Maintain accurate test registers, reports, calibration records, and laboratory documentation.
- · Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC personnel, and relevant teams on material testing requirements.
- · Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- · Guide and support junior laboratory staff and ensure safe laboratory practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
- Relevant experience in construction material testing, preferably in road/highway projects.
- Strong practical knowledge of soil, aggregate, concrete, and other construction material tests.
- Ability to independently manage laboratory operations, interpret test results, and prepare reports.
